Shannon Ramirez founded her mediation practice on three decades of negotiation experience, including resolving complex personal injury and business conflict matters as a civil trial litigator.  She is committed to an approach that prioritizes constructive conversation over costly litigation.  She works to empower both attorneys and their clients to reach accepted solutions and settlements.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Shannon went on to earn her law degree from South Texas College of Law. Throughout her career, she has been consistently recognized by her peers as one of Texas’s top litigation attorneys. She maintains an “AV” Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been a proud member of ABOTA since 2016.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she and her husband, John, are the parents of four children —Jack, Reid, Burke, and Ramsey. They are active members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. In addition to her involvement with Texas Exes, Shannon serves on the Board of His Grace Foundation and previously served on the Board of the Weekly YMCA.
